Mushroom Masala

Mushroom masala is a delectable dish that showcases the rich flavors and textures of mushrooms. Fresh mushrooms make this tantalizing vegetarian curry with aromatic spices.

  • 500 gm Paddy Mushroom
  • 2 nos Tomato Chopped
  • 2 nos Onion Chopped
  • 1 nos Capsicum
  • 3 nos Red chili
  • 1 nos Ginger Small
  • 12 cloves Garlic
  • 100 gm Cornflour
  • 50 gm Besan
  • 100 gm Paneer
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 3 Bay Leaf
  • Salt as required


  • Wash the Paddy straw Mushroom,then cut in in slice
  • Cut all Capsicum,tomato & Onion. Also cut Paneer in small cubes.
  • Add cornflour,Besan,1 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp chili powder & salt as required in it .Mix it well with water.
  • Heat Oil in the pan.fry the mushroom & paneer.
  • After that heat another pan add 3 tsp oil then add 1 tsp sugar in heat oil.
  • Then fry all this ingredient ( Bay leaf,cardamom,onion,tomato,capsicum & Red chili) till golden brown.
  • Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Add 1 tsp chili powder,1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp cumin powder,1 tsp turmeric powder & salt as required.
  • Add some water in it and mix it well.
  • Then add mushroom and paneer in it.Mix it and cover the pan Lid. 
  • Wait for 5-10 min.



Your Mushroom Masala is Ready. Serve it with Rice or Roti.
