  • 1 Frying Pan
  • 1 Frying Spoon


  • 8 Egg
  • 2 pcs Onion Chopped
  • 2 pcs Green Chili Chopped
  • 1 pcs Tomato Chopped
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 5 tsp Mustard Oil
  • Few Coriander Leaves
  • Salt as required


  • Break the all egg on bowl
  • Add salt, and turmeric powder & mix it.
  • Add oil to a pan, add onion, tomato, green chill, coriander leaves & fry until golden
  • Then pour the egg into the pan. Wait 1 min
  • Then stir it until egg becomes to bhurji
  • Now add black pepper & mix it
