  • 1 Frying Pan
  • 1 Frying Spoon
  • 1 Knifes for cutting


For dough

  • 200 Gram Maida
  • 50 Gram Ghee
  • 1 Cup Milk Warm
  • Salt as required

For stuffing

  • 2 Cup Dry Coconut Grated
  • 100 Gram Sugar

Some Nut: Cashew, Raisin , Elaichi

  • 500 Gram Ghee for fry



  • Heat the pan
  • Apply the ghee to the pan
  • Fry the dry grated coconut, nuts, Elaichi & some sugar
  • Wait some time for fry these item
  • After that take Maida, ghee & a pinch of salt mixed it properly
  • Then apply the warm milk on it & mix it
  • Your dough is ready


  • Make a small small ball in dough
  • Then make it like chapatti/roti
  • Keep the stuffing item in the middle of the chapatti/roti
  • And seal it with the help of water
  • Then fry it in ghee

Your Karanji pitha is ready to eat
