  • 3 pcs Fish
  • 1 nos Lemon Big Size
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Banana Leaf
  • Salt as Required


  • Clean the fish
  • Make a paste with Mustard powder,lemon juice,chili powder,turmeric powder,ginger-garlic paste and salt as require.
  • Apply this paste on both side of fish
  • Then pack this fish in banana leaf
  • Put it on oven or tandoori bhati for 30 min
