Tandoori Fish in Banana Leaf

Ingredients
- 3 pcs Fish
- 1 nos Lemon Big Size
- 2 tbsp Mustard Powder
- 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Banana Leaf
- Salt as Required
Instructions
- Clean the fish
- Make a paste with Mustard powder,lemon juice,chili powder,turmeric powder,ginger-garlic paste and salt as require.
- Apply this paste on both side of fish
- Then pack this fish in banana leaf
- Put it on oven or tandoori bhati for 30 min
