Pudina chutney
Pudina leaves are one of the herbs with the highest antioxidants & also good for our digestive system.This is a good source of iron and other nutrients.
Equipment
- 1 grinder jar
Ingredients
- 15 grams Pudina (Mint)leaves
- 15 grams Coriander leaves
- ¼ inch Ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 nos Green chilies
- ½ tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Yogurt (optional)
- ¾ tbsp Cumin roasted
- Salt as required
Instructions
- Take pudina and coriander leaves to a bowl of water and rinse them very well a few times.
- Drain completely and add them to a grinder jar.
- Add ginger, garlic cloves, green chilies, sugar, salt and yogurt(optional).
- Then grind well.
- Then add roasted cumin ,mix it well.
- Serve the pudina chutney.
