Simple egg bhurji recipe
Egg bhurji is considered one of the simplest recipes to prepare. Eggs are an excellent source of protein for the body. Below is a straightforward method for making egg bhurji, also known as Anda bhurji.
Equipment
- 1 Frying Pan
- 1 Frying Spoon
Ingredients
- 8 Egg
- 2 pcs Onion Chopped
- 2 pcs Green Chili Chopped
- 1 pcs Tomato Chopped
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 5 tsp Mustard Oil
- Few Coriander Leaves
- Salt as required
Instructions
- Break the all egg on bowl
- Add salt, and turmeric powder & mix it.
- Add oil to a pan, add onion, tomato, green chill, coriander leaves & fry until golden
- Then pour the egg into the pan. Wait 1 min
- Then stir it until egg becomes to bhurji
- Now add black pepper & mix it
