How to make Steam ilish at Home
Ingredients
- 200 gm Ilish fish
- 20 ml Mustard Oil
- 10 gm Mustard Seed
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 6 pcs Garlic
- 5 gm green chili
- 2 tsp Coconut Grated
- Salt as required
Instructions
- Cut the fish in Slice
- Put garlic, green chili, mustard seed, cumin seed and coconut in a mixer jar & make a paste
- Apply some salt on the fish, then add turmeric powder, mustard oil & our prepared paste.
- Marinate it well & leave it for some time
- Take a big banana leaf, put all the marinated fish into it & seal it from every side
- Then Put it Into the steam pot & steam it for half an hour.
- That's it !!!!!!
