Ginger-Garlic Paste

Refined Oil/Mustard Oil
some coriander leaves

Instructions
Cut the Potala and also cut the Aloo in square size and wash it properly
Heat some oil in kadai
Fry the Potala and Aloo until brown or soft
Add pinch of salt on it
After soft the Potala and Aloo keep aside
In the same kadai heat some oil, add the tej patta, jeera, Cardamom,Cinnamon, Chopped onion and Chopped tomatoes
Saute for 5 minutes, then add the ginger garlic paste, haldi powder, red chilli powder, salt as required
Saute until the raw smell goes away
Add some water and cashew nuts ,wait for a boil
Lastly add the fried Aloo and Potala ,wait and boil for 4-5 minutes
Get a thick consistency turn off the gas, stir in the coriander leaves and serve
