Mawa Kulfi
Mawa Kulfi is a popular Indian sweet treat that combines the richness of condensed milk with the aromatic flavors of cardamom and Cashew
Ingredients
- 1 liter Milk
- 1 cup Sugar Powder
- 100 gm Condensed Milk
- 5-6 nos Green Cardamoms
- 10-15 nos Cashew
- 10-12 nos Almond
Instructions
- Boil 1 lit milk on a medium heat in a heavy bottom pot for 15 to 20 min
- Reduce milk of it's half
- Add 1 cup sugar power into it
- Then add grind cashew, almond,and cardamoms powder, also add the condensed milk
- mix it well and keep stirring and boil for 10 minutes
- Reaches a thick consistency cut off the gas and cool it completely
- fill it into the kulfi moulds and freeze it for set
- take out from freeze, leave it at room temperature for 2 minutes and it comes out easily
