Instructions
Mix the yeast with the sugar and water and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Sift the flour and salt into a bowl, make a well in the centre and pour in the yeast liquid, milk, yogurt and butter or oil.
Mix to a smooth dough and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place in a bowl, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1-1½hours.
Knead on a floured surface, then divide in to 6 pieces. Part or roll each piece into an oval.
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 200-degree temperature.
Place on warmed baking trays and bake for 10 minutes.
Brush with the melted butter and sprinkle with the poppy or sesame and serve warm.
